Check-in for the Twin Treehouse is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Once the reservation has been secured, either by credit card pre-authorization, bank transfer, cash payment at the reception, or card payment at the reception, guests will receive an official written confirmation. This confirmation details the reservation, including the duration of the stay and the amenities included.
Our cancellation policy allows guests to cancel their reservation without penalty at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. It is important that any changes or cancellations are communicated in writing to ensure the request is processed correctly.
Yes, the rates offered by Transylvania Global SRL include VAT (9%).

- Children under 11 years: Accommodation for children under 11 years is included in the standard room rate.
- Children aged 11 to 16 years: An additional charge of 25 EUR per night applies for each child aged 11 to 16 years.
- Children aged 16 to 20 years: An additional charge of 50 EUR per night applies for each child aged 16 to 20 years.
Please make sure to specify the age of your children at the time of booking. If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to apply the corresponding additional charges or, in exceptional cases, to refuse the booking if we cannot adequately accommodate all members of the group. These charges are necessary to cover the consumables and facilities provided.
