Check-in (Accommodation): Guests are invited to check in within the time frame specified by TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL. If guests wish to check-in outside of this time frame, they are asked to notify company personnel in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL is entitled to provide accommodation to a guest or receive a visitor only if they comply with the following terms and conditions. Upon arrival, the guest will present an identity document (identity card, passport, driver’s license) to the company employee present at the reception.
The guest will complete and hand over to the reception staff a duly completed and signed accommodation form, in accordance with Romanian law. Failure to complete it will result in the reservation being treated as a “no-show.”
Requests for early check-ins or late check-outs can only be honored on the day of check-in or check-out, depending on availability on that day and will be subject to additional fees.
Exceeding the check-out time without prior notification to the company may result in additional charges, including, but not limited to, a late check-out fee or even a fee for an additional night’s stay.
At TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL, we strive to provide you with the most pleasant experience possible. To ensure your stay is free of inconveniences, please take note of the following:
Please make sure to specify the age of your children at the time of booking. If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to apply the corresponding additional charges or, in exceptional cases, to refuse the booking if we cannot adequately accommodate all members of the group. These charges are necessary to cover the consumables and facilities provided.

It is the responsibility of parents or all adults accompanying children to ensure they comply with the rules of conduct established by TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL and to ensure they do not disturb other guests or staff.
Guests are encouraged to contact TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL in advance to clarify any questions or concerns regarding children’s accommodation and to ensure they are managed in a way that ensures the comfort and safety of all guests.
Current Policy: We reserve the right to accept pets depending on their age and breed.
Specific Conditions: Acceptance of pets may be subject to specific conditions, including age and breed policies set by TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL.
Advance Notice: Customers are requested to notify in advance if they wish to travel with pets to confirm availability and compliance with acceptance policies.
Compliance with Regulations: Pet owners are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations set by TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL regarding the behavior and interaction of animals on the premises.
Note: There are 2 friendly shepherd dogs on the premises, so please consider this if you are bringing pets.
Gratuities for the location’s staff are at the discretion of our guests. Our company will not charge additional fees for the services provided.
If our staff finds a personal item that appears to be lost or forgotten by one of our guests, we are committed to handling the situation with the utmost responsibility and discretion. TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL will keep the item for up to 3 (three) months from the guest’s departure date to offer the opportunity to recover the lost item.
After this period, if the item has not been claimed, TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL reserves the right to handle the item following our internal policies and procedures to maintain the integrity and security of our location.
This policy is implemented to ensure that lost or forgotten items are handled professionally and fairly and that our guests are informed of our procedures.

Any damage of any kind to movable and immovable objects caused intentionally or negligently by guests or their guests/visitors will be penalized accordingly. The guest will pay the equivalent of the damaged goods, repair/replacement costs, and, if applicable, indirect damages caused to the location if it cannot provide accommodation in the tree house.

Right to Cancel: TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL reserves the right to cancel reservations in cases where unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events affect the location’s ability to provide the booked services.
Prior Notification: In the event of a cancellation by the location, TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL is committed to promptly notifying and transparently communicating with affected clients, providing information about the reasons for the cancellation and any alternative solutions available.
Refund of Payments: In the event of a cancellation by the location, TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL is committed to refunding any amounts paid in advance by the client for the affected reservation per the applicable refund policy.
Client Compensation: TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL may offer additional compensation or alternative solutions to affected clients depending on the specific circumstances of the cancellation, including special offers for future bookings or other facilities to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
Responsibility of Parties: Both TRANSYLVANIA GLOBAL SRL and clients are released from their contractual obligations in the event of cancellations due to unforeseeable or force majeure reasons, and neither party can be held liable to the other for any loss or damage caused by such circumstances.
